Founded by chef, entrepreneur, and advocate Mark Brand, Upward Mobility Kitchens exists to create real opportunities through food.

At the heart of our mission is the belief that those most impacted

by systemic barriers must be part of the solution. That’s why we

hire, train, and grow talent from within the communities

we serve. Our team is more than staff, we are a force

for good, and a reflection of the dignity and

potential that drives everything we do.
